| Experience Required/Mandatory Skills |
- Federal or Provincial Government experience working as a Programmer Analyst .net resource
- 10+ years of experience developing IM/IT applications as a .net Programmer Analyst.
- Experience working within a team environment on a Web-based application development project.
- At least ten (10) cumulative years of work experience as a .net Programmer Analyst with OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) in web-based IM/IT development environments.
- A minimum of eight (8) years work experience as a Programmer Analyst developing Web Services in an IM/IT environment.
- Eight (8) years work experience as a .net Programmer Analyst developing applications using the .NET framework 4.0 or greater.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of work experience as a Programmer Analyst developing applications using C#.

- Demonstrated professional work experience as .NET Programmer Analyst developing Web Application
- Demonstrated professional work experience implementing Restful Web Services
- Demonstrated professional work experience developing Web applications based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) within an IM/IT development environment.
- Demonstrated professional work experience developing Web applications based on Micro Services within an IM/IT development environment.
- Demonstrated professional work experience as a Programmer Analyst developing applications in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Demonstrated work experience as a Programmer Analyst .NET using JSON.
